Sliding Fee Scale:
Starting November 7, 2008 I will be seeing clients in Private Practice in my home in Crystal, MN. I will see clients on a sliding fee scale based on the honor system. In one year, I will be able to accept most major insurances.
At this time, use this scale to determine the cost of each one hour session:

| 0- $20,000 | $20 per hour |
| $20,001- $40,0000 | $40 per hour |
| $40, 001 - $60,000 | $60 per hour |
| $60, 001 - $80,000 | $80 per hour |
| $80,001- Over | $100 per hour |
